These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Medical Center for Joint Restoration and Regenerative Medicine, LLC, doing business as Indiana Medical Center ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or submitting your information through our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Indiana Medical Center provides non-invasive body contouring, skin tightening, and cellulite reduction treatments using the InstaSculpting device. All services are performed by trained professionals at our facility located at 450 S State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46142.

2. Special Offers

Special pricing (including the $199 InstaSculpting Intro Offer) is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Offers are valid for new clients only unless otherwise stated. One special-offer session per person. Special pricing cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of a special offer or deposit.

4. Results Disclaimer

Individual results from InstaSculpting treatments may vary. Results depend on factors including but not limited to the treatment area, number of sessions, individual body composition, lifestyle habits, and adherence to post-treatment recommendations. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Before-and-after images shown are from actual clients but are not representative of typical results.

5. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in through our form, you consent to receive text messages from Indiana Medical Center. Messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, confirmations, follow-up care, account and service notifications, and customer care. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
